Cookery for Athletes (multiple sessions)
An extended and more detailed extension of the half day course, this workshop based format is based on players' needs over either 4 or 6 sessions.
This course is perfect for those who want to learn how to use food as part of a training and competition programme.Course content is designed based on your players' needs and is part nutrition education, part hands-on cookery.
Whilst fun and relaxed, these courses are designed to help players put nutrition into practice for the long term. Normally run after training, each session lasts 3 hours with the participants' dining together as they eat their freshly prepared 2 course meal.
Prices start at £40 per player per session and are dependent upon the number of attendees and your objectives.
