We run 2.5 hour workshops in Bath for women looking to improve their wellbeing by focusing on foods scientifically proven to alleviate peri-menopausal and menopausal symptoms. You'll also learn why and how the menopause happens, what to expect and how to deal positively with the process. Your ticket includes a light lunch.
