During your initial hour long one-to-one consultation we'll discuss your aims, assess your health history, and tailor nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to your specific needs. Blood, urine or saliva tests can be arranged if required.

Over the next 4 to 6 weeks you'll implement personalised recommendations. Two support calls are included in the package so you'll always feel encouraged and motivated. 

You'll also have a 45 minute follow-up consultation to support you in continuing to implement changes and update your plan where appropriate.

This package price of £210 includes both consultations, initial plan, updated plan and 2 x 10 minute support calls. Payment must be made in full prior to your initial consultation.

Top Up Consultations are ideal for clients who require continued support or help, often 6 months after we first start working together. This 45 minute face to face or online meeting offers advice and updated nutrition and lifestyle recommendations. The cost is £80.

We have successfully worked with clients across areas such as sports nutrition, women's health and pre and post surgery health, as well as a myriad of specific conditions including hypertension, chronic fatigue syndrome, uterine fibroids, high cholesterol, asthma, eczema, hayfever, lack of menstrual cycles and neuropathy.

Lead therapist, Rayne Roberts, is a fully qualified BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, and holds an 

MSc in Nutrition, Physical Activity & Public Health from the University of Bristol.  Whilst not a vegan, Rayne holds a Diploma in Vegan Cuisine from Demuth's Cookery School in order to advise some clients appropriately.
